V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa dozviete, \u010do FODMAPy s\u00fa a \u010do v\u0161etko treba vedie\u0165 o di\u00e9te s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov. Oplat\u00ed sa ju vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165?   <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\u010co s\u00fa to sacharidy?<\/h2>\n<p> Sacharidy sa v strave vyskytuj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych form\u00e1ch: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong> jednoduch\u00e9 cukry alebo monosacharidy<\/strong>, napr\u00edklad gluk\u00f3za a frukt\u00f3za;<\/li>\n<li>dva monosacharidy m\u00f4\u017eu tvori\u0165 tzv. <strong>disacharid<\/strong> &#8211; be\u017en\u00fd stolov\u00fd cukor (sachar\u00f3za) a lakt\u00f3za;<\/li>\n<li>viac ako dva monosacharidy m\u00f4\u017eu tvori\u0165 aj dlh\u00e9 re\u0165azce zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch cukrov, ktor\u00e9 sa naz\u00fdvaj\u00fa <strong>polysacharidy<\/strong> &#8211; \u0161kroby a celul\u00f3za.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Jednoduch\u00e9 aj zlo\u017een\u00e9 cukry s\u00fa pre n\u00e1s nevyhnutn\u00e9, preto\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161mu telu dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa energiu. Pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea alebo pr\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo sacharidov v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k probl\u00e9mom. Modern\u00e1 strava je zvy\u010dajne bohat\u00e1 na sacharidy a je be\u017en\u00e9 konzumova\u0165 ich nadmerne.   <\/p>\n<h2>\u010co s\u00fa to FODMAPy?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>FODMAPy<\/strong> (fermentovate\u013en\u00e9 oligosacharidy, disacharidy, monosacharidy a polyoly) s\u00fa sacharidy s kr\u00e1tkymi cukrov\u00fdmi re\u0165azcami, ktor\u00e9 sa v \u010drev\u00e1ch neabsorbuj\u00fa \u013eahko.<br \/>Namiesto toho m\u00f4\u017eu \u010drevn\u00e9 bakt\u00e9rie vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 FODMAPy ako zdroj energie prostredn\u00edctvom ferment\u00e1cie (kvasn\u00e9ho procesu).  Po\u010das ferment\u00e1cie sa tvoria mastn\u00e9 kyseliny s kr\u00e1tkym re\u0165azcom a plyny. \u00da\u010dinky FODMAPov s\u00fa prirodzen\u00e9, ale ak maj\u00fa pacienti s IBS stravu bohat\u00fa na ur\u010dit\u00e9 FODMAPy, m\u00f4\u017eu za\u017e\u00edva\u0165 tr\u00e1viace probl\u00e9my. <\/p>\n<h2>IBS a FODMAP<\/h2>\n<p> \u0164a\u017ekosti sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 IBS sa u\u017e dlho daj\u00fa viac-menej \u00faspe\u0161ne lie\u010di\u0165 upraven\u00edm stravy. Pacientom, ktor\u00fdm bola diagnostikovan\u00e1 IBS, sa \u010dasto odpor\u00fa\u010da nav\u0161t\u00edvi\u0165 dietol\u00f3ga, aby pos\u00fadil ich stravovacie n\u00e1vyky. Na z\u00e1klade posudku m\u00f4\u017ee dietol\u00f3g navrhn\u00fa\u0165 ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00fapravy, ktor\u00e9 by mohli zmierni\u0165 pr\u00edznaky. \u010casto sa im odpor\u00fa\u010da vyh\u00fdba\u0165 sa konkr\u00e9tnym potravin\u00e1m. Takto sa stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa s di\u00e9tou s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov.     <\/p>\n<h3>\u010co je to di\u00e9ta s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov?<\/h3>\n<p> Di\u00e9ta s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAP sa sk\u00fa\u0161a 6-8 t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ov, k\u00fdm sa vyhodnotia jej \u00fa\u010dinky. Zvy\u010dajne sa del\u00ed na tri f\u00e1zy:  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Vyradenie:<\/strong> Potraviny s vysok\u00fdm obsahom FODMAPov sa vyl\u00fa\u010dia z jed\u00e1lni\u010dka pribli\u017ene na 4 t\u00fd\u017edne. To pom\u00e1ha zisti\u0165, \u010di FODMAPy sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00fa va\u0161e pr\u00edznaky. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 zavedenie: <\/strong>FODMAPy, ktor\u00e9 boli vyl\u00fa\u010den\u00e9, sa postupne znovu zav\u00e1dzaj\u00fa na tolerovan\u00fa \u00farove\u0148, preto\u017ee nie v\u0161etky FODMAPy pre v\u00e1s m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 problematick\u00e9.
