Medzi pr\u00edznaky IBS patr\u00ed boles\u0165 brucha, nad\u00favanie, z\u00e1pcha a hna\u010dka. Lie\u010dba IBS sa u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivca ve\u013emi l\u00ed\u0161i a dnes zah\u0155\u0148a nieko\u013eko r\u00f4znych mo\u017enost\u00ed lie\u010dby vo forme di\u00e9tnych odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed (vyh\u00fdbanie sa siln\u00fdm jedl\u00e1m, obmedzenie k\u00e1vy, alkoholu a s\u00fdten\u00fdch n\u00e1pojov at\u010f.), <a href=\"https:\/\/allaboutibs.com\/ibs-what-can-you-do-to-feel-better\/\">poradenstvo v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu<\/a> (cvi\u010denie, pravideln\u00e9 a mal\u00e9 porcie jedla at\u010f.) a lieky (na zmiernenie pr\u00edznakov napr. hna\u010dky\/z\u00e1pchy).<\/p>\n<h2>Lieky v porovnan\u00ed s v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi odpor\u00fa\u010daniami<\/h2>\n<p>V \u0161t\u00fadii, ktor\u00e1 bude \u010doskoro uverejnen\u00e1 v \u010dasopise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/langas\/article\/PIIS2468-1253(24)00045-1\/abstract\">The Lancet Gastroenterology &amp; Hepatology<\/a>, porovn\u00e1vali lie\u010dbu liekmi s r\u00f4znymi v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdmi odpor\u00fa\u010daniami. V\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee pacientom pom\u00e1ha v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 poradenstvo tak, ako aj lie\u010dba liekmi, ale v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 poradenstvo m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie. Okrem toho sa zd\u00e1, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinok v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00ed vedie k trvalej\u0161iemu zlep\u0161eniu stavu pacientov.<\/p>\n<h3>Potraviny s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov<\/h3>\n<p>V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti sa takzvan\u00e1 di\u00e9ta s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov stala m\u00f3dnou a na mnoh\u00fdch spravodajsk\u00fdch kan\u00e1loch sa t\u00e1to di\u00e9ta opakovane objavuje ako sp\u00f4sob zn\u00ed\u017eenia \u017eal\u00fado\u010dn\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov. T\u00e1to di\u00e9ta sa dokonca presadila aj v niektor\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edckych centr\u00e1ch a \u010dasto sa n\u00e1hodne odpor\u00fa\u010da ako mo\u017enos\u0165 lie\u010dby bez toho, aby sa zv\u00e1\u017eili s\u00favisiace rizik\u00e1 a aby boli pacienti dlhodobo sledovan\u00ed. Nezriedka sa st\u00e1va, \u017ee \u013eudia, ktor\u00fdch zaujme di\u00e9ta s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov, za\u010dn\u00fa ma\u0165 zbyto\u010dne strach z konzum\u00e1cie ur\u010dit\u00fdch potrav\u00edn.<\/p>\n<h3>Sk\u00faste jednoducho zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 mno\u017estvo sacharidov<\/h3>\n<p>T\u00e1to \u0161t\u00fadia poukazuje na to, \u017ee di\u00e9ta so zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm obsahom sacharidov je rovnako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 ako di\u00e9ta s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov a mohla by by\u0165 e\u0161te lep\u0161ou mo\u017enos\u0165ou ako sa zbavi\u0165 probl\u00e9mov so z\u00e1pchou.<\/p>\n<p>Zn\u00ed\u017eenie obsahu sacharidov by mohlo by\u0165 pre pacientov s IBS ove\u013ea jednoduch\u0161ou cestou ako h\u013eadanie konkr\u00e9tnych sacharidov na zoznamoch zlo\u017eenia potrav\u00edn. \u0160t\u00fadia zistila, \u017ee sympt\u00f3my sa zmiernili aj u pacientov, ktor\u00ed mali 5-kr\u00e1t viac FODMAPov za de\u0148 ako t\u00ed, ktor\u00ed dost\u00e1vali di\u00e9tu s n\u00edzkym obsahom FODMAPov.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010co je to n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta?<\/h2>\n<p>V tejto \u0161t\u00fadii bol celkov\u00fd pr\u00edjem sacharidov zn\u00ed\u017een\u00fd na menej ako 50 gramov denne. Rozdelenie \u017eiv\u00edn bolo pribli\u017ene 10 % sacharidov, 67 % tukov a 23 % bielkov\u00edn. Mno\u017estvo vl\u00e1kniny na de\u0148 bolo pribli\u017ene 25 gramov, a tie poch\u00e1dzali najm\u00e4 zo semien\/orechov a chleba s n\u00edzkym obsahom sacharidov.
