Sod\u00edkov\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly prispievaj\u00fa k norm\u00e1lnej \u010drevnej motilite<\/strong> – pohybu potravy v \u010drev\u00e1ch. Porucha t\u00fdchto kan\u00e1lov sp\u00f4sobuje u pacientov s IBS poruchy vypr\u00e1zd\u0148ovania. T\u00e1to mut\u00e1cia sa doteraz vyskytovala pribli\u017ene u 2-3 % pacientov s IBS. [2 .]<\/p>\n

Existuj\u00fa v\u0161ak genetick\u00e9 poruchy, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa podobn\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky ako IBS. Medzi naj\u010dastej\u0161ie patria z\u00e1palov\u00e9 ochorenia \u010driev, Crohnova choroba alebo celiakia.
