{"id":39300,"date":"2024-08-03T07:47:30","date_gmt":"2024-08-03T07:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/allaboutibs.com\/co-je-to-dieta-s-nizkym-obsahem-fodmap\/"},"modified":"2024-08-03T07:47:41","modified_gmt":"2024-08-03T07:47:41","slug":"co-je-to-dieta-s-nizkym-obsahem-fodmap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/allaboutibs.com\/cs\/co-je-to-dieta-s-nizkym-obsahem-fodmap\/","title":{"rendered":"Co je to dieta s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem FODMAP?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>\u017divot se syndromem dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9ho tra\u010dn\u00edku (IBS) m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd, proto\u017ee p\u0159\u00edznaky jako nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, plynatost, bolesti b\u0159icha a nepravideln\u00e1 stolice naru\u0161uj\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot.<br \/>\nV posledn\u00edch letech se jako mo\u017en\u00ed vin\u00edci t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed FODMAP, ur\u010dit\u00e9 druhy sacharid\u016f, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed v na\u0161\u00ed strav\u011b.<br \/>\nV tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se dozv\u00edte, co jsou to FODMAP a co v\u0161echno je t\u0159eba v\u011bd\u011bt o n\u00edzkofodmapov\u00e9 diet\u011b.<br \/>\nStoj\u00ed za to ji vyzkou\u0161et?   <\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Porozum\u011bn\u00ed sacharid\u016fm<\/h2>\n<p>  Sacharidy se ve strav\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch form\u00e1ch:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <strong> jednoduch\u00e9 cukry nebo monosacharidy<\/strong>, nap\u0159\u00edklad gluk\u00f3za a frukt\u00f3za;<\/li>\n<li>dva monosacharidy mohou tvo\u0159it tzv. <strong>disacharid<\/strong> &#8211; b\u011b\u017en\u00fd stoln\u00ed cukr (sachar\u00f3za) a lakt\u00f3za;<\/li>\n<li>v\u00edce ne\u017e dva monosacharidy mohou tak\u00e9 tvo\u0159it dlouh\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch cukr\u016f, tzv. <strong>polysacharidy<\/strong> &#8211; \u0161kroby a celul\u00f3zu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  Jednoduch\u00e9 i slo\u017een\u00e9 cukry jsou pro n\u00e1s nezbytn\u00e9, proto\u017ee dod\u00e1vaj\u00ed t\u011blu energii.<br \/>\nP\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 m\u00e1lo sacharid\u016f v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k probl\u00e9m\u016fm.<br \/>\nModern\u00ed strava je obvykle bohat\u00e1 na sacharidy a jejich nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace je b\u011b\u017en\u00e1.    <\/p>\n<h2>Co jsou to FODMAP?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>FODMAP<\/strong> (fermentovateln\u00e9 oligosacharidy, di-sacharidy, monosacharidy a polyoly) jsou sacharidy s kr\u00e1tk\u00fdmi cukern\u00fdmi \u0159et\u011bzci, kter\u00e9 se v na\u0161ich st\u0159evech \u0161patn\u011b vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<br \/>\nM\u00edsto toho mohou st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie vyu\u017e\u00edvat FODMAP jako zdroj energie prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm fermentace (kvasn\u00e9ho procesu).
