Jak p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed, tak hlad mohou vyvolat\/zhor\u0161it p\u0159\u00edznaky. Pravideln\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u017eaduje pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pro jeho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby bylo k dispozici j\u00eddlo a ob\u010derstven\u00ed. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pr\u016fjmu je lep\u0161\u00ed omezit p\u0159\u00edjem nerozpustn\u00e9 vl\u00e1kniny, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159\u00edznaky zhor\u0161it.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edklady potravin bohat\u00fdch na vl\u00e1kninu, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159i st\u0159evn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edch obvykle hod\u00ed, jsou oves, quinoa, pastin\u00e1k, celer, haricots verts, bobulovit\u00e9 ovoce, mrkev, ban\u00e1n, ananas, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy, pohanka, celozrnn\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee atd.<\/p>\n<h2>Zva\u017ete velikost porc\u00ed a pestrost stravy<\/h2>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je omezit mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdch potravin, ne\u017e je zcela vylou\u010dit. Velk\u00e9 porce \u010dasto zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zhor\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f, a\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o lasagne, pol\u00e9vku, dort, hranolky nebo sendvi\u010d &#8211; pokud j\u00edte p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho a\/nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle, \u010dast\u011bji se u v\u00e1s objev\u00ed gastrointestin\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky, ne\u017e kdy\u017e j\u00edte m\u00e9n\u011b a d\u016fkladn\u011b \u017ev\u00fdk\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<h2>Denn\u00ed pohyb<\/h2>\n<p>Fyzick\u00e1 aktivita prosp\u00edv\u00e1 st\u0159ev\u016fm! Doporu\u010duje se za\u010d\u00edt s lehkou a\u017e st\u0159edn\u011b t\u011b\u017ekou aktivitou a zjistit, co v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee c\u00edtit se l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n<h2>Vyzkou\u0161ejte probiotika<\/h2>\n<p>Probiotika jsou druh &#8222;dobr\u00fdch&#8220; bakteri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed ve st\u0159evech.
