Jsou skv\u011bl\u00fdmi antioxidanty a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zm\u00edr\u0148ovat z\u00e1n\u011bty ve st\u0159evech, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zm\u00edr\u0148uj\u00ed bolesti b\u0159icha. Nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm karotenoidem je <strong>\u03b2-karoten <\/strong>(obsa\u017een\u00fd tak\u00e9 v mrkvi), kter\u00fd je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm zdrojem vitaminu A. <strong>Vitamin A <\/strong>chr\u00e1n\u00ed sliznici st\u0159ev a podporuje spr\u00e1vnou funkci imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<h3>Kyselina olejov\u00e1<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fdn\u011b, zejm\u00e9na jej\u00ed semena, obsahuj\u00ed mnoho esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, a to jak mono-, tak polynenasycen\u00fdch. Jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch mastn\u00fdch kyselin, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed, je <strong>kyselina olejov\u00e1<\/strong>. D\u016fkazy nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee kyselina olejov\u00e1 m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. D\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fd olej vyroben\u00fd ze semen je rovn\u011b\u017e bohat\u00fd na kyselinu olejovou. Tento olej lze pou\u017e\u00edt na va\u0159en\u00ed a k p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b sal\u00e1tov\u00fdch z\u00e1livek nebo marin\u00e1d.<\/p>\n<h3>Vitam\u00edny a miner\u00e1ly<\/h3>\n<p>D\u00fdn\u011b jsou vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm zdrojem drasl\u00edku, \u017eeleza, ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, zinku, selenu atd.
