Proto se fyzick\u00e9 aktivit\u011b pochopiteln\u011b \u010dasto vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me. Je lep\u0161\u00ed se mu vyhnout? Jak\u00fd druh fyzick\u00e9 aktivity by mohl st\u00e1t za vyzkou\u0161en\u00ed?<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Doporu\u010duj\u00ed se fyzick\u00e9 aktivity n\u00edzk\u00e9 a\u017e st\u0159edn\u00ed intenzity.<\/h2>\n<p>Fyzick\u00e9 aktivity s n\u00edzkou intenzitou, v\u010detn\u011b ch\u016fze, j\u00edzdy na kole, plav\u00e1n\u00ed a j\u00f3gy, by mohly pomoci zm\u00edrnit b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky. Pokud se tyto typy cvi\u010den\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed <strong>soustavn\u011b<\/strong>, zlep\u0161uj\u00ed tak\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed funkce, sni\u017euj\u00ed \u00fazkost a dal\u0161\u00ed psychick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my spojen\u00e9 s IBS. J\u00f3ga m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zlep\u0161it p\u0159\u00edznaky pr\u016fjmu. P\u0159esto\u017ee Sv\u011btov\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 organizace (WHO) doporu\u010duje dosp\u011bl\u00fdm aerobn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed a cvi\u010den\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed intenzity v d\u00e9lce alespo\u0148 150-300 minut t\u00fddn\u011b nebo cvi\u010den\u00ed vysok\u00e9 intenzity v d\u00e9lce alespo\u0148 75-150 minut t\u00fddn\u011b, cvi\u010den\u00ed vysok\u00e9 intenzity se pacient\u016fm s IBS obecn\u011b nedoporu\u010duje.
