Proto jsme sestavili seznam potravin s hodnocen\u00edm obsahu FODMAP. Tento seznam v\u00e1m m\u00e1 usnadnit zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed, zda va\u0161e konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed strava obsahuje velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed FODMAP. Zde je uvedeno, zda m\u00e1 potravina relativn\u011b vysok\u00fd, st\u0159edn\u00ed nebo n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah FODMAP.<\/p>\n<p>Jak ji\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed poznamenali, seznam (zat\u00edm) neobsahuje v\u0161echny informace o mase, ryb\u00e1ch, m\u011bkk\u00fd\u0161\u00edch, dr\u016fbe\u017ei atd. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd z nich v\u0161ak neobsahuje vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed FODMAP v nezpracovan\u00e9 form\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee se v\u0161ak li\u0161it, pokud jsou obalen\u00e9 v strouhance, sma\u017een\u00e9 nebo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Pak je t\u0159eba prozkoumat, jak\u00e9 ingredience byly pou\u017eity. Tyto informace p\u0159id\u00e1me do seznamu p\u0159i jeho aktualizaci.<br \/>Seznam FODMAP je ve form\u00e1tu pdf a m\u016f\u017eete si ho st\u00e1hnout zad\u00e1n\u00edm e-mailov\u00e9 adresy do pole n\u00ed\u017ee.
